Charles D. Harvey

Charles D. Harvey is the founder of Great Minds Productions, a consulting firm that helps leaders and organizations develop conscious cultures that achieve goals through the delivery of servant leadership principles, and effective government relations, regulatory affairs, compliance & enforcement, strategic planning, organizational development, business process re-engineering, and technology initiatives.    Prior to devoting his time to entrepreneurial endeavors, Charles D. Harvey served as an executive public officlal in state and local government, where he successfully spearheaded regulatory compliance and enforcement of 10,000 taxicab drivers and 16 licensed taxicab companies, resulting in more than 40 million successful passenger rides. With more than two decades of public and private sector experience, he has honed his skill for refocusing organization and individuals to create positive results and meet objectives. Previously, Charles D. Harvey served as a Cabinet Member, directing the administration, implementation and oversight of more than $3 Billion in Recovery Act funds, as Nevada's Stimulus Czar for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, enacted by President Obama in 2009.  In addition to being an entrepreneur, consultant and former public official, Charles D. Harvey is a proud veteran of the United States military. He is a firm believer in "Investing in the Community," and regularly participates in volunteer activities where he can help serve those in need.
